We realise that many people like to train with a partner.
Training with a partner can help overcome confidence issues and also help to challenge you more. Whether you want to train in a pair or as a bigger group my sessions enable you to get the same level of training but in a more sociable setting. Workouts can be conducted at my private studio, your home or office. Sessions are for a minimum of 1 hour and are usually bought in blocks and booked around your availability.
